Return policy

At Just Nakhre, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. We work hard to ensure the quality control of the product, but we also understand that sometimes things go unplanned. Please read our return policy in case a problem occurs. 

Returns Eligibility

You may return an item purchased from Just Nakhre under the following conditions:

  • The item received does not match the product description on our website. Please know that all our products are handcrafted, and some color changes, or minor changes always occur in every piece as everything is built for you.
  • You received the wrong item.

Please note we now accept returns of earrings providing they are returned unworn and as new.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, these include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

If your item appears to be faulty, please contact hello@justnakhre.com (please put in the email id thats associated with Shopify) 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item(s) at hello@justnakhre.com and provide the following information:
  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Clear photos of any faults if applicable.
  1. Our customer support team will assess your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  2. If your return request is approved, you will be provided with further instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Return Shipping

  • If you are returning an item due to it being faulty, damaged, or not as described, Just Nakhre will bear the shipping expenses. We will send you the shipping label once you contact us. 
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, including change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any duties and taxes owed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is received by us.

Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your request according to the following options:

  • For faulty or damaged items, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
  • For items returned for any other reason, you will be eligible for a refund of the item's purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Timeframe for Returns

Please note that returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, please allow 5-8 business days for us to process your refund or replacement.
